
Illustrator, Artists & Author
Shawna N. Fitzpatrick is an eclectic designer and artist working with illustrator and photoshop. She earned her B.A. in Costume and Fashion Design at the Art Institute in Seattle, WA, where she also learned to illustrate books and greeting cards. Shawna created the illustrations for the children’s books, The Grass Maiden, Sacajawea & Petunia the Pink Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Faith V. Halseth and Jane L. Fitzpatrick, a granddaughter/grandmother duo, with instruction from Jerah R. Fitzpatrick, painted the beautiful watercolors for the “Petunia the Pink Tyrannosaurus Rex” book and The Grass Maiden, Sacajawea, from photographs they took along the Lewis and Clark trail.
Future Books include: The Picture Doll, a children’s Christmas story about loving, giving and receiving so much more than “things”; and, Crabtree, a Children’s thriller chapter book, ready for publication and being adapted for film.
