Humanity Shines

We would like to invite you to be a part of something magnificent. One of the lessons we’ve learned on our journey to produce the award-winning script Sacajawea, The Windcatcher, the Moon Drake children’s series, and the children’s script Kimama’s Wings, is the importance of showing respect and honor toward Indigenous people and their rich history and cultural wisdom from around the world.

Humanity Shines Organization is a nonprofit company dedicated to that quest. We are all Indigenous to somewhere, and currently there is so much at stake. But, through everything we’ve collectively experienced, many hearts are now awakening to injustice and inequality. Those who are listening are being called to do the right thing for people – to give back and to lift-up others no matter where they live or the color of their skin.

Our projects –

Vision Quest Interns program for both native and non-native young people who have a passion for filmmaking. This Internship program will provide professional hands-on and motivational training to future filmmakers ages 18-27.

Warrior Woman Spirit campaign was created in the spirit of Sacajawea as we recognize she was one of the many lost, stolen and abused Indigenous women from the Ages. We urge women of the world to “Share your Spirit. Tell your Story. Change the World.”

Leaves on the Wind, literary program that will focus on books that share history and our connection to one another. We will be building our book selections and creating a plan to distribute them to different venues.

Sacajawea Doll Project that coincides with our children’s book, The Grass Maiden, Sacajawea, bringing sewing opportunity to Indigenous women who will help to make the dolls.

Cultural Project in Salmon, Idaho where we hope to erect a Shoshone village for filming, utilizing and compensating local Indigenous people. We intend to leave the set intact after filming of Sacajawea, The Windcatcher, as an educational tool to teach tribal culture and traditions to children of all ethnicities.

Our Moon Drake Earth Heroes program, based on the Moon Drake series, creates action figures, books and comics, digital games and other toys addressing environmental, spiritual and/or human conflicts. It also invites children to become Earth Hero Ambassadors.

Our Rendezvous Arthouse Auction is a powerful and fun auction where artwork, metal works and other mediums are used to teach and learn by lifting one another up and embracing our Oneness as people living, creating and loving together on the earth.

Our Spirit Wind Online Store where you will find items from the Moon Drake Anime Series, the Sacajawea production, the Warrior Woman Spirit campaign, products from our non-profit partners including inspirational and artistic designs. All profits from the sale of any of our products will be used to further our projects and help the organization achieve its humanitarian mission.
